UK Shipping & Delivery
Our print and fulfilment partner uses Royal Mail’s 1st Class recorded delivery service for most orders under 2kg. This is our standard service and is the default delivery option in the shopping cart. Once your order has been produced it will be delivered by Royal Mail usually the next day, but occasionally it may take 2-5 days, and in rare cases up to 15 working days. Their standard delivery days include Saturdays, but not Sundays.
If your item is over 2kg, bulky, or large (over 60x40cm), FedEx UK are used to deliver your parcel. They deliver the next business day and are a part of our standard service.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Culture + Luxury, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. All of our items are print to order / made on demand unless otherwise stated. Please note that additional time is required for production before the delivery process begins. Here is our simplified Delivery Policy:
1. Order processing time:
- Once you place an order, our team will begin processing it promptly.
- For print to order / print on demand items, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for production before shipping.
2. Shipping methods and timelines:
- Our print production partners work to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
- The estimated delivery time frames provided at checkout are applicable from the date of shipping, not the date of purchase.
- Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any external factors that may affect the delivery process.
3. Shipping costs:
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on a number of factors such as the weight, size, destination and value of your order.
- You will be able to view the shipping costs at checkout before finalising your purchase.
- Orders of £60 or above qualify for free shipping. In most instances, orders of less than £60 have a standard shipping fee of £3.99, some exceptions apply. Lightweight items such as greeting cards have a £1.99 shipping fee.
- Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
- We may offer free shipping promotions periodically, and any applicable offers or discounts will be clearly communicated on our website.
4. Tracking information:
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number or a link to track your package.
- You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate the expected arrival date.
5. Delivery issues and support:
- In the unlikely event of any delivery issues or concerns, please reach out to us via our 'Contact Us' page.
- We will investigate the matter and work towards resolving it as quickly as possible.
6. International orders:
- We currently do not offer shipping outside of the UK. If you would like to place an order outside of the UK, please get in touch via our Contact Us page. Please note that international shipping may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
7. Multiple items in an order:
- If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability.
- You will not be charged additional shipping fees in such cases.
Please bear in mind that the estimated delivery timescales are provided as a guideline and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
